How to design the ventilation rates of workshop?

Workshop ventilation is a very important issue, so what standard is used to measure workshop ventilation? We can't just rely on human feeling and blind estimation. The scientific way is to calculate the air ventilation rates in workshop. How to design the ventilation rates of workshop?

First, ventilation rates in general places:

In the workshop: the personnel distribution is not very dense, the area is relatively large, and the natural ventilation conditions are good, no high heating equipment and the indoor tempeture is lower than 32 ℃, the ventilation rate is designed to be 25-30 rates per hour.

Second, assembly occupancies:

In the workshop: the personnel distribution is dense, the area is not very large, and no high heating equipment . The ventilation rates should be designed to 30-40 times per hour, mainly to increase the oxygen content of the air in the workshop and quickly exhaust the dirty air.

Third, workshop with high temperature and stuffiness, and  with large heating equipment

With large heating equipment, and the indoor personnel is dense, and the workshop is high temperature and stuffy. The ventilation rates should be designed to 40-50 times per hour, mainly to quickly exhaust the high-temperature and stuffy air out of the room, reduce the indoor ambient temperature and increase the oxygen content of the air in the workshop.

Fourth, workshp with high temperature and polluting gas:

The ambient temperature in the workshop is higher than 32 ℃, with many heating machines, there are many people indoor, and the air contains toxic and harmful polluting gases which is harmful to health. The ventilation rate should be designed to 50-60 times per hour.
