The installation of the industrial exhaust fan needs to be judged according to the actual situation on site. Two common installation methods are introduced below:
1. The installation method of the hole in the brick wall: (the size of the hole reserved in the wall should be slightly larger than the overall size of the industrial exhaust fan, generally about 2cm larger than the outer size of the industrial exhasut fan):
Put the industrial exhaust fan into the hole of the wall naturally (do not force it into it), and the protective mesh surface of the fan is flush with the inner wall: use a wooden wedge to smash into the gap above the middle column, and fix the industrial exhaust fan column by this middle point; finally use cement mortar Or foaming agent (it is best to use foaming agent, if you use cement, the amount should not be too much, otherwise it will cause expansion and extrusion, causing the fan to be extruded and deformed) and other materials to fill and seal the wall joints. The lower end of the industrial exhaust fan column must be firmly supported and cannot be suspended.
2. Installation method of steel structure opening:
The lower side plate of the industrial exhaust fan is placed at the bottom of the opening of the steel structure, and the end face of the industrial exhaust fan protective net is flush with the inner wall of the steel structure; one side of the connecting plate (L-shaped hot zinc plate) is fastened to the side plate of the industrial exhasut fan with self-tapping self-drilling nails, and the other One side is fastened to the steel beam (or wrapping edge) of the hole, and the connecting plates are respectively connected to the upper side plate, left side plate, and right side plate of the exhaust fan. The plate is fastened on the beam of the steel hole (the distance from the self-tapping nail to the upper side plate and the lower side plate is 150mm); the purpose is to seal the hole and strengthen the installation stability of the exhaust fan.
3. Other installation methods: installation brackets and other methods can be used according to the actual situation of the site.
