四.Use and maintenance of exhaust fans and cooling pads
1. Each exhaust fan is suitable for cooling a room of 70-100㎡.
2. Before using the exhaust fan + cooling pad system, check whether there are paper scraps, dust and other debris in the cooling pad and pool. They should be cleaned 6-10 times per year during use. The cooling pad is rinsed directly with the faucet. The water added to the pool should be tap water or other clean water to keep the pipelines smooth and the cooling pad high efficiency.
3. The motor is the heart of the fan. If a malfunction occurs, cut off the power supply immediately and ask an electrician to repair it promptly. When installing, be sure to connect the ground wire to ensure personal safety. Be careful when disassembling the impeller to prevent the blades from deforming and colliding with the box.
4. The float valve in the pool or water tank should ensure that it can automatically replenish water when the water level reaches the lower limit, and cut off the water when the water level reaches the upper limit. If the float valve control fails and it is found that there is a lack of water in the pool or water is dripping even when it reaches the highest water level, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.
5. If it is found that the water supply to the cooling pad is insufficient or uneven, check whether there is a lack of water in the pool, whether the water pump is running, whether the water supply pipeline and the water pump inlet can pass water, whether the small holes in the water supply pipeline are blocked, and check whether the spray Is the water pipe located in the center of the cooling pad? The normal water spray height should be greater than 80mm.
6. Since the fan is a low-pressure type (both static pressure and dynamic pressure are small), it is not possible to use an extended pipe at the outlet of the exhaust fan of the blinds to supply air over a long distance.
7. The circuits of fans and water pumps should be controlled centrally, and the control switches should be installed indoors.
8. After the louver exhaust fan is installed, the rainproof louver cover should be fastened to prevent the cover from being blown off by strong winds.
9. When the cooling pad is not in use in winter, drain the water in the pool or water tank, and wrap the cooling pad and box with plastic cloth or cotton cloth to prevent wind and sand from entering the room.
