1.Select high-quality cooling pad: Not only the heat transfer efficiency and resistance characteristics of the cooling pads, the strength, corrosion resistance, service life, dimensional accuracy and surface quality must also be considered when selecting the cooling pads.
2. Improve the sealing between the cooling pad or the cooling pad fan box and the air inlet to avoid the influence of hot air infiltration on the cooling effect of the cooling pad.
3. The cooling pad water supply needs to be adjusted during use to ensure that there is fine water flowing down the cooling pad ripple, so that the whole cooling pad is evenly wetted, and no dry belt or concentrated water flow on the internal and external surfaces is formed.
