What are the advantages of FRP exhaust fan?

FRP exhaust fan refers to the fan made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). Its appearance and size are identical to those of steel fan, except that the shell and impeller are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. Its greatest advantage is corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and it belongs to a type of anti-corrosion fan.

FRP ehaust fan is applicable to ventilation and exhaust in office buildings, shopping malls, cinemas, hospitals, factories, workshops, basements and other places. The gas conveyed shall be free of viscous substances, and the gas temperature shall not be greater than 80 ℃, and the content of the medium shall not be greater than 150mg/M3.

If there is no organic gas and acid and alkali gas, the general galvanized sheet fan can be used, and if there are the above two gases, the FRP exhaust fan is recommended.

The advantages of FRP exhaust fan are as follows:

1、Strong relative density

The relative density is 1.5~2.0, which is only 1/4~1/5 of carbon steel, but the tensile strength is close to or even higher than that of carbon steel, and the specific strength can be compared with that of high-grade alloy steel. Therefore, it has achieved remarkable results in the application of aviation, rockets, spacecraft, high-pressure vessels and other products requiring weight reduction. 2、Good corrosion resistance

FRP is a good corrosion resistant material, which has good resistance to air, water, acids, alkalis, salts of general concentration, as well as a variety of oils and solvents. It has been applied to all aspects of chemical anti-corrosion and is replacing carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, nonferrous metals, etc.

3、Good electrical performance

It is an excellent insulating material used to make insulators. Good dielectric protection at high frequencies.

4、Good thermal performance

FRP has low thermal conductivity, which is 1.25~1.67kJ/(m · h · K) at room temperature, only 1/100~1/1000 of metal. It is an excellent thermal insulation material. It is an ideal thermal protection and ablation resistant material under the condition of instantaneous ultra-high temperature.

5、Good designability

Various structural products can be flexibly designed according to the needs to meet the use requirements, which can make the product have a good integrity.

6、Excellent workmanship
