一. Prepare the cooling pad exhaust fan
A 50-inch exhaust fan is generally equipped with a cooling pad of 6 square meters. The cooling pad area is more than enough. However, when purchasing a cooling pad, the equipment manufacturer calculates it based on the outer frame, but in actual use, the effective ventilation area is used. The ventilation area can often only reach 70-90% of the design area; at the same time, after 1-3 years of use, the ventilation efficiency of the cooling pad is estimated to be reduced by 10-30%. In some cases, poor management may cause scale adhesion and willow catkin dust. The lint is clogged, the cooling pad paper bubbles rot, and the ventilation efficiency of the cooling pad can be reduced by more than 40%.

The use of cooling pads relies on the evaporation effect of water, so the cooling pads wet and dry cycle mode is generally required.
