1. The water level is low and the float valve is adjusted incorrectly
Solution: It is better to adjust the water level to about 80-100 scale.
2. The drain valve is stuck
Solution: Replace the drain valve.
3. The filter water distributor is blocked
The filter water distributor is relatively easy to clogging, and timely cleaning is very important to prevent the occurrence of silt.
4. The filter is dirty
Long-term use of the air cooler filter will inevitably cause dirt. If it is too dirty, it must be cleaned in time.
5. Blockage of water pipes
Unclear water quality can easily cause such problems. Clean it in time, preferably after a long time of work, so as to prolong its service life.
6. The water pump burns out
This is the most serious problem, and it is also a problem that directly leads to non cooling. At this time, it should be replaced in time, and it should be tested regularly in normal use, so that the incidence of failure can be reduced.
Therefore, when we use environmentally friendly air conditioners (air cooler), we need to do daily maintenance work on them.
1. Clean the air cooler sink. Open the drain valve and rinse with tap water; if there is a lot of dust or debris, you can take it out first, and then rinse with tap water.
2. Clean the evaporation filter, that is, the evaporative cooling pad. Remove the cooling pad and rinse it with tap water. If there are substances that are difficult to wash on the cooling pad, soak it with clean water first, and then spray the air conditioner cleaning fluid on the cooling pad. After the cleaning solution is completely soaked for 5 minutes, rinse it with tap water until the dust and impurities on the cooling pad are removed.
3. Pay attention to protection when the environmental protection air conditioner is not in use for a long time. First of all, close the water source valve of the air cooler, remove the cooling pad, and drain the residual water in the water tank at the same time, and clean the water tank of the air cooler thoroughly. After cleaning, reinstall the cooling pad, turn on the air cooler, and blow air for 5-8 minutes. After the cooling pad is dried, turn off the main power supply of the control air cooler.
4. Removal of peculiar smell. If the environmental protection air conditioner is not cleaned and maintained after being used for a period of time, it may cause the cold air sent by the air cooler to have a peculiar smell. At this time, just follow the above two steps to clean the air cooler cooling pad and the sink. If there is still a peculiar smell, you can add some disinfectant or air freshener to the water tank of the air cooler, let the disinfectant fully soak the cooling pad and every corner of the air cooler, and repeat this operation several times to effectively remove the odor of the air cooler.
