Evaporative Cooling Pad Features:

1、The thickness of YUENENG evaporative cooling pad is 100-150mm, the width is generally 600mm/750mm, and the height from 1000-2400mm. For the frame, ensure that the evaporative pads are close together to form a constant pad with necessary height and length. The evaporation pad is made of special cellulose paper and impregnated with insoluble anti-corrosion salt, curing saturant and wetting agent. They don’t require wire containers or other supporting materials.Buffering is set by various parts of the frame.
2、The corrugated paper adopts space cross-linking technology, with high water absorption, water resistance, mildew resistance and long service life.
3、 Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency up to 80%.
4、 The product absorbs water naturally,with fast penetration speed and lasting effect.
5、The product does not contain phenol and other chemicals that are irritating to the skin. It is safe, energy-saving, environmental friendly, economic, and durable.

Installation Precautions:

First of all, thank you very much for choosing YUENENG cooling pad wall! In order to ensure the normal operation of the cooling pad after installation, we must pay attention to the following points during installation:

1. When installing the cooling pad wall, please make sure the pad wall is in the horizontal position. Recommend to use the infrared level to prevent some place of the paper not wetted by water, which will affect the use effect;

2. After fixing the cooling pad wall, seal the surrounding gap with foaming agent to ensure there is no gap;

3.After the installation of the cooling pad wall and connected to the water pump pipe, it is recommended to install a regulating valve(could adjust the water inflow) at the main water inlet pipe and the branch water inlet pipe of each cooling pad.
