Cooling pad is an efficient and economical cooling method through evaporation. Hot and dry air enters the room through the cooling pad. Since the inner hole wall of the cooling pad is evenly covered with water film, when the outdoor fresh air passes through the cooling pad, the water on the cooling pad will absorb the heat in the air and evaporate, making the fresh air The temperature drops and the humidity increases, completing the cooling process, making the air in the factory cool and moist.
二. Selection of location for equipment installation
1. Generally speaking, it is best to install the equipment on the exterior wall of the building to shorten the convection distance as much as possible.
2. The equipment can be installed on the wall or window sill, but the installation environment should ensure smooth and fresh air. The cooling pad should not be installed at the exhaust outlet with smelly or peculiar gases. If there are no windows or doors for sufficient ventilation, wall holes must be opened for exhaust ventilation to ensure the required air volume of the factory.
3. The exhaust fan is installed 1m~1.5m away from the ground to ensure convection at an appropriate height and create a refreshing environment.
4. There are generally two installation methods of exhaust fan + cooling pad ventilation system: vertical and horizontal.
