1. Check whether there is water in the circulating water storage tank. If the circulating water storage tank is out of water or cannot meet the water consumption of the cooling pad wall, you need to add enough water immediately.
2. Check the circulating water to see if there is any dirt or debris blocking the water pipes. If the water pipes are clogged and the water cannot drain, you need to clear or replace the water pipes immediately.
3. Check whether the water supply pump is supplying water normally. If the water pump head and flow rate are not enough and the cooling pad does not wet the water, you need to replace it with a suitable water pump.
4. Check whether the cooling pad wall is installed horizontally. If the cooling pad wall is tilted or installed upside down during installation, and the cooling pad wall will not get wet, it needs to be installed correctly and horizontally again immediately.
5. Check whether the water supply pipe valve on the cooling pad wall is open. If the water supply pipe valve on the cooling pad wall is closed, the cooling pad wall will not get wet. You need to fully open the valve to ensure normal water supply.
