2. From the perspective of transmission mode, it can be divided into belt drive type and direct connection type. Belt drive fans mainly use four pole or six pole motors, and the lower the speed, the relatively lower the noise; Direct connected fans have 12 pole, 10 pole, and 8 pole motors. The higher the speed, the greater the noise.
3. From the material of the fan blades, they can be divided into fiberglass fan blades, PAG fan blades, and cast aluminum fan blades.
4. Installation of the fan: When installing the exhaust fan, attention should be paid to first adjusting the exhaust fan to a horizontal position with the foundation plane. When installing the fan bracket, it is also necessary to ensure that the bracket and the foundation plane are level and stable. Angle iron can be installed next to the fan for reinforcement. Finally, check the sealing condition around it. If there are gaps, they can be sealed with a sunboard or glass glue.
Fans can be installed on outdoor terraces, walls, and roofs, but the installation environment must ensure smooth and fresh air, and cannot be installed on odorous exhaust outlets. If there are not enough doors and windows, a dedicated exhaust fan can be installed, ensuring that the exhaust volume reaches 80% -90% of the total supply of exhaust fan.
